James Kassner Construction’s commitment to excellence in quality construction, attention to detail, and his outstanding architectural design has established JKC as one of Northeast Wisconsin’s most premier builders.
James M. Kassner earned his Real Estate and Urban Land Development business degree at the University of Wisconsin – Madison as a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1971. After graduating, Jim started his own construction company, named Kassner Construction LLC. For the first 15 years in business, Jim worked directly with his crew in all aspects of building. A “hands on” working relationship with his crew and sub-contractors gave him time to fine tune his skills of custom home design. Now he dedicates his time between all of the job sites, directing the details of the construction process.
Jim also volunteered a great deal of his time for the betterment of the home building industry. He has served as a past president of the Brown County Home Builders Association and also continues to serve as both a state director for the Wisconsin Home Builders Association and national director for the Nation Association of Home Builders. James Kassner Construction has received numerous awards including both Builder of the Year and the Cornerstone Award for building Excellence.
